Remember, the process is ongoing throughout your life and we never really "arrive" there. As part of your journey, you will first need to uncover your struggles and your pain to gain some insight. Step two is discovering your own truths, by peeling away the layers, challenging yourself, and getting beyond all of those messages that have been taught to us. These messages replay themselves and create added pressure. They're about mesuring up, hiding weknesses, meeting others' expectations, perfectionism, and outer appearances. Your new insight and discovereies will then help you to take the risk of "revealing" yourself authentically. Bottom line - check in with yourself to see what makes you anxious and uncomfortable. Know what triggers your fears. Follow your insticts, take the risk, find your own truths and learn to live by it.
